Not so lazy past few weeks... truly!

Well, when I bought the laptop the idea was... kids on the comp. upstairs and me surfing/browsing at my leisure... NO chance!! The attraction is too much, Hannah Montana or other such american kiddy sitcom on the telly whilst playing Paperdoll heaven (don't ask) is too much so I am last in the queue.
It has been very unproductive festive break, but I am back in the saddle and have churned out...
bought the new Cath Kidston book, SEW which I thought was a good buy as it came with the kit to make this sweet little bag. I took the liberty of adding a red and white spotted lining and a bit of "Fast-2-fuse" as a bit of base, covered in the red/white spot. nice.
Then I finally got around to using these strips bought 2 years ago. Friendship braid and the little extras left over are being turned into a 12" block to take to the Perth Guild regional Day, wait whilst I polish my halo. x

And also... told you back at the coal face, whirring away on the machine with a lovely new iron for pressing. This bag had to be made with it's "Hope" name. From the very lovely magazine "Sew Hip" which I am enjoying greatly. It's a little bit different and some of the Patchwork mags have lost their sparkle for me slightly - sorry.

And so the 2 Miss' were asked what they would like for tea and asked for cheese souffles. Everybody raise their handbags under their chins... oooohhh!
This is them after I had taken them out, thought whoah, and the tried to find the camera... so they were higher, and tasted yummy.
