My how she has grown..

Why I spent an hour on the Wii....

Blueberry Muffins... lovely x

Rocky road with dried cherries... sooo good x

Banana bread with spiced rum soaked raisins... reeeally good x

So this is why I have walked 6 miles, maybe even 7!! the past two mornings. Poor little dog has to come too. Her bit is a free run at the end, my bit is a large glass of water and an orange... well, summer's coming. AND did some Wii fit whilst the sausages were cooking.

New Year... New things...

Well, today has been a defroster. After the past few weeks of the white stuff and permanent heating , today was a day the heating went off and I didn't wear the sleeping bag coat!! It was a marvelous 4 deg :-D

Excuse the dimly lit picture but that about covers the kind of day it was. This is the hill down to ours and my younger D sighs with complete exasperation every time I drive up this hill (coming towards where I am taking the picture from) and say "Whoah it's just like out of postcard it's so beautiful" ,it's countryside views.

"So you say, every time we come this way", comes the reply as we get flicked through the music selection.

So to please the lady, we took her to the last day of the Dr Who exhibition at the art gallery... except it finished last week, so we had a wander around which was very pleasant.
